The only correct sentence is # 2.

# 6 is o.k., but repeating the word "roses" isn't necessary.

# 1 is wrong because you can't pluralize "one."

Both 8 and 9 are correct. 9 implies that there are roses of other colors, and you'll give the two that are red.
