a 10 pound cat needs 3.5 tablets that each contains 6 mg of a drug what is the equivalent dose in mg/kg

3.5 * 6 = 21 mg
10 lb * .454 kg/l lb = 4.54 kg
21 mg/4.54 kg = 4.63 mg drug / kg cat
