As for 23, it's an essay question so make sure to use your own words! You can look it up and find the answer easily. I found: One way is if congress gets 2/3 the majority vote from both the house of representatives and senates. The other way being a constitutional convention which is called for with 2/3s in the house of legislatures. I can't say it's without a doubt accurate, if you use that ensure that you rewrite it in your own words.

The thing I wrote for 23 isn't completely correct, do NOT use it. As I said if you use it, you use it at your own risk. If you based your answer off of it you did so at your own risk. The rest is correct, just not the written essay question. I'm sure you can easily find it yourself though. I apologize if that inconveniencent you.

This is for number 23, be sure to type in you own words and hope you have a great rest of your day :). Both houses propose an amendment with a two-thirds vote, and three-fourths of the state legislatures approve. Hey!!! AKIRAA is 100% correct! all of the answers are mixed up so what I did was I did ctrl+f and basically it helps you search for words! so type in his answers when the little box and it sends you right to the answer to save a little extra time! Thanks are appreciated lol

Mine was mixed up and i did get one question wrong with for me was 8 but for the person who has all the right answer was 18. BUT it still works in 2022!
