R=20Cos0 N + 50cos135N+50sin135E+10Cos225N+10sin225(-E)

there's nothing to solve. Just plug in your angles and get out your calculator.

cos0 = 1
cos135 = cos225 = -1/√2

Those are standard angles. You will have to adjust them to agree with your unusual notation.
