The Climax is when you reach the exciting news or the big scary part. It is where you get to the top of the roller coaster and it is about to drop, that is the Climax.
The Conflict in a story is disagreement, fight, battle, or struggle. Which doesn't mean its always that but it usually is, that is the Conflict of a story or a movie.
Now I want you to tell me what the difference is. :)
