I have to use a # line to find the ratio of the segment lengths.



BD:CF

point B is on the # 2. point D is on the # 9. point C is on the # 6, and point F is on the # 13.


(How did they arrive with a answer of 1\1?)




















From B to D is 2 to 9, or 7.

From C to F is 6 to 13, or 7.

The ratio is 7/7, which is equal to 1/1.
