I think #3 because it combine 2 mixtures, but #4 also is combination of mixtures but not in same amt.

Guys a heterogeneous mixture is basically mixing two things from different stages. so the answer would be D due to it mixing a solid (chicken & noodle) and a liquid (broth) Does that help?
