In a recipe for lemonade it gives the ingredients as 1 cup of water,1.5 tablespoons lemon juice, plus sugar and salt.Not taking into account the sugar and salt, what is the concentration of lemon juice in the mixture as a percentage by volume?
16 tablespoons = 1 cup.
