two C on the right, so add a two on the left
CaCl2 + 2 NaHCO3 -->
... CO2 + CaCO3 + 2 NaCL + H2O
add a two on the right to balance Na
CaCl2 + 2 NaHCO3 -->
... CO2 + CaCO3 + 2 NaCL + H2O
add a two on the right to balance Na
