This is quite a silly question but Who is our Vice President right now?

But...wasn't he already vice president?! And when Obama was campaigning I never saw anything for Vice president like Palin. How come? Thanks

Ohh. Cheney is still our vice president -- until January. Our <i>next</i> vice president will take office in January. That's Joe Biden.

This is the "transition" time, MC. Between the election and the inauguration, the new guys get to plan and put their team together. However, those in the current administration aren't out of office yet and still have duties to perform, up to the last minute.

We should all be happy for communication, I think. In Lincoln's time, the inauguration of a newly elected president didn't take place until March!
