What is the relationship between 1.0 and 0.1?
A) 0.1 is 10 times as much as 1.0
B) 1.0 is 1/10 of 0.1
C) 0.1 is 1/10 of 1.0
D) 1.0 is equal to 0.1

My first elimination are c and d and I know that 0.1 is 10 times as much as 1.0. Now choice b is also true. Plz help me why should I choose a not b or the other way around. Thank you for your help.

no, 1.0 is 10 times as much as 0.1 (which is 1/10)

In decreasing order, you have

1.0
0.1
0.01
...

Moving the decimal point to the left is the same as dividing by 10.
