Guess what? I have no idea what you're doing. Is it pure water? Is something in the water? If so, what is it? Liquid? solid? gas? How fast are you heating it. What's the curve look like now?

Its basically asking what other substance would affect water at it's boiling point?

Almost anything. A 1 molal solution of a non-ionic solute increases the boiling point by 0.52 degrees. If the solute ionizes, the change is doubled or tripled depending upon how many ions are produced.
