It could be the ecstasy one feels after an event. However, I'm not familiar with this term, and a Google search produced nothing useful.

Do you think that the law that says the Indians must stay on the reservations to receive funds is a type of imprisonment? Also, is it possible to receive funds while living off of the reservation, just by proving that you are Native American?

Ms. Sue
We all must do something to earn money. Most of us get jobs. Those who get money from the government must fulfill certain conditions. So no -- if there's a law that states that the government will only pay those who remain on reservations is not a form of imprisonment. The Indians have a choice -- as do all of us.
