This was answered last night.
look at the numerator.
sixteen divided by -2. That is -8. Times 4, that is -32.
The denominator: 2^3 is eight, add 4, that is 12
Now, -32/12 is what?
Again, it is hard to see where your fractions end. I assume the +4 is in the d enominator.
I think you need a tutor just on the grouping and order of operations part.
