Acceleration = g = a = 10m/s^2
Initial speed = u = 0m/s (As it is dropped)
Using the equation, s = ut + (1/2)at^2,
=> s = (1/2)at^2
=> t^2 = 2
=> t = root 2
Use v = u + at for speed
