When I first met Steve, our senior manager, he seemed to me rather PATIENLY and somewhat DECISIVE especially when it was necessary to take some serious decisions on the main project. However, the ideas he was able to come up with were truly IMPRESSIVE. He must be one of the most creative and probably UNUSUAL people I’ve never come across in my professional life. So it didn’t take me long to change my attitude. He was very good at INSPIRING the whole team and we successfully completed NUMEROUS projects together.

You only have one error. You used the adverb form of a word when it should have been an adjective.

It was almost 5 pm, the time had flown really quickly. She COULD HAVE more than 3 hours studying, without noticing it.
