If you eat 2/3 of a pizza, and are left with 12 slices, how many slices are in 1/2 of the pizza?

X slices = Whole pizza.

1/3 of a pizza = 12 Slices.
1/3 * x = 12.
X = 36 Slices = A whole pizza.

1/2 * 36 = 18 Slices.
