A ppt will form if Qsp>Ksp. You can look up Ksp. You can calculate Qsp.
Qsp = (Ag^+)^2(CO3^2-).
(Ag^+) = 0.006 x (200/900) = ?
(CO3^2-) = 0.005 x (700/900) = ?
