P(n,r)=n!/(n-r)!
C(n,r)=n!/(r!(n-r)!)

So
P(6,4)=6!/(6-4)!
=720/2
=360

C(8,5)=8!/(5!3!)
=8*7*6/(1*2*3)
=56

Multiply the two to get the answer.
