The answer is A, because Neuroticism is emotional instability, which would account for irresponcible or careless behavior and thusly associated with negative behavior.
Mike's probably right. But I've found slightly different lists for the five-factory theory. Why isn't another possible answer "negligent," although that is not listed in this site.

I would have chosen "negligent," too, based on its meaning and the obvious connection to "irresponsibility and carelessness."

"Conscientiousness" is the opposite.
