It isn't clear what ratios you want. Lat's assume you want ratio SO2/O2; SO2/CH4 but you could have other combinations.
Choose an arbitrary rate for SO2 in say Liters/minute. Then plug into the formula for Graham's Law.
(rate SO2/rate O2) = (MM O2/MM SO2) where MM stands for molar mass. Use the assumed rate for SO2 and the molar masses, solve for rate of O2, then calculate the rate SO2/rate O2 to find the ratio between those two. The others are done similarly. Post your work if you get stuck.
