What is more basic KO2 or KOH?
I know that KO2 is also craeted this way;
KO2 + 2H2O ----> 2 KOH + H2O2 + O2
I think,as KOH is created by this reaction and KO2 being a raectant, the compounds created should have less strong,more stable characteristics when compared with the reactant: for example KOH is more stable than KO2 (a product should be note stable than a reactant)
Am I correct or what is more basic from these two and what is the reason?
