I am baffled! Find the equation in slope-intercept form of the line that is the perpendicular bisector of the segment between (-3,2) and (3,-8); also,please name which formulas are used. Thank you!

find the midpoint of the given segment: (0,-3)
find the slope of the segment: -5/3
so, the slope of the bisector is 3/5
Now we have a point an a slope, so the perp. bisector is
y+3 = 3/5 (x-0)
or, in slope-intercept form,
y = 3/5 x - 3
find the slope of the segment: -5/3
so, the slope of the bisector is 3/5
Now we have a point an a slope, so the perp. bisector is
y+3 = 3/5 (x-0)
or, in slope-intercept form,
y = 3/5 x - 3
