I don't see a series. I do see a <b>-=</b> which I cannot decode.
And what does <b>1 (2n+1)</b> mean?
Use ^ for exponents, as in 2^n or (-1)^(n-1)
Use parentheses if needed
1/n+2 is not the same as 1/(n+2)
