In my exam you're not allowed to copy sentences instead u have to use it in your own words So how could i use this sentence in my own words 'it was getting dark...'

If I wrote it in MY words, then you could copy it.

This is easy. Just make up a storyline like: "It was getting dark at the [enter setting here]" and then just finish up the short story! EASY!
