x = 3+4cosθ
y = 2+4sinθ
since cos^2θ + sin^2θ = 1,
(x-3)^2 + (y-2)^2 = 4^2
y = 2+4sinθ
since cos^2θ + sin^2θ = 1,
(x-3)^2 + (y-2)^2 = 4^2
