I made a rough sketch.
For the total surface area I see two equal trapezoids, and 4 rectangles.
the rectangles are:
14 by 10 , 8 by 10 and 2 of 5 by 10
the area of the trapezoid = (1/2)(8+14)/2
finish the arithmetic and use the correct units

The area of the two trapezoids: 4(8+14)=88
area of the two leg rectangles: 5*10*2=100
area of base one: 8*10=80
area of base two: 14*10=140
total: 88+100+80+140= 408 cm Squared.
area of the two leg rectangles: 5*10*2=100
area of base one: 8*10=80
area of base two: 14*10=140
total: 88+100+80+140= 408 cm Squared.
