well, what numbers multiply to 40?
example: 8*5 = 40
so,
-8*5 = -40
8 * -5 = -40
Now, pick any other factors of 40. As long as an odd number of them are negative, the result is -40
2(-2)(-2)(-5) = -40
-10 * 4 = -40
and so on.
Not as hard as it looked, was it?
