Confused!!!
Six is three times as much as 2.
Six is three times more than 2.
Which one is correct???

three times as much

But, lots of people use them the same way. If you are working on a problem, be sure to find out what was intended.

"times" indicates multiplication
"more than" indicates addition

using them together always causes trouble.
