The question says on my homework: Find the slope and y-intercept of the line 2y+5x-6=0. How do you do it?

2y = 6 - 5x
y = 3 - 5/2 x
this is in the form y = mx + b where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.
therefore -5/2 is the slope, 3 is the y-intercept
