Recipe calls for 2 cups flour to 3/4 cup milk. How much milk would I need for 11/4 cups flour?

2 cups = 8/4 cups
That is 11/4 = 11/8 * 2

So, you will need 11/8 as much milk.

11/8 * 3/4 = 33/32 cups milk. Or, 1 cup + 1/2 tbsp.
