Is the function a polynomial function?
Why or why not?
If it is a polynomial function identify and label the leading term and constant term.
Here are the functions
f(x)=(2-x^4)/13
f(x)=x^3+9x-(1/x)
it would be great if you could do everything step by step and showing your work.

yes
no - positive powers only.
the leading term is usually the highest power. The constant term is just a number, with no variables.
