100-23-9-20 = 48% That voted for A and B in ratio of 1:2.

A/B = 1/2. B = 2A.
A + B = 48%.
A + 2A = 48, A = 16%, B = 2A = 32%.

A = 23 + 16 = 39% Total.

B = 9 + 32 = 41% Total.
