Okay, I'm doing a project at school and I need help.
What is the difference between a "Webmaster" and a "Web designer"
They both build websites using HTML don't they? So I don't see any difference. Could it be just different names?

A webmaster monitors, updates, sometimes solicits advertising, and (if necessary) censors the content of a specific site in which he or she may have a financial interest. A web designer designs many sites, usually for others, and earns an income doing it.
They can of course be the same person.
