I was asked to interview a grandparent about what New York's public transportation was like in the past. What kinds of questions could I ask him or her?

Oh hi stephanie, I am doing a unit with my class on transportation. I think you could probably ask them questions like: what was transportation like when they were growing up? how is transportation different today than it was in the past? Which was his favorite mode of transportation?
