    ab = 8, a^2 + b^2 = 16.
(a + b)^2 = a^2 + 2ab + b^2 =
(a^2 + b^2) + 2ab.
16 + 2*8 = 32.
    
(a + b)^2 = a^2 + 2ab + b^2 =
(a^2 + b^2) + 2ab.
16 + 2*8 = 32.
