curcumference is 2(pi)r
62.8=2(pi)r
r=9.995
A=2(pi)rh+2(pi)r^2
=[2*(pi)*(9.995)*60]+[2*pi*(9.995^2)]
about 4396 cm^3 OR 43.96 m^3
