(x+y/2)^1/3
= x^(1/3) + (1/3)(x^(-2/3) (y/2) + (1/3)(-2/3)/2! (x^(-5/3) )(y/2)^2 + (1/3)(-2/3)(-5/3)/3! (x^(-5/3))(y/2)^3 + ....
= x^(1/3) + (1/6)(x^(-2/3)y - (1/36)(x^(-5/3)y^2 + (5/648)x^(-8/3)y^3 + ???
I left out the 5th term for you to finish.
I am sure you can see the pattern
= x^(1/3) + (1/3)(x^(-2/3) (y/2) + (1/3)(-2/3)/2! (x^(-5/3) )(y/2)^2 + (1/3)(-2/3)(-5/3)/3! (x^(-5/3))(y/2)^3 + ....
= x^(1/3) + (1/6)(x^(-2/3)y - (1/36)(x^(-5/3)y^2 + (5/648)x^(-8/3)y^3 + ???

1/0! x^(1/3) (y/2)^0
+ (1/3)/1! x^(-2/3) (y/2)^1
+ (1/3)(-2/3)/2! x^(-5/3)(y/2)^2
+ (1/3)(-2/3)(-5/3)/3! x^(-8/3)(y/2)^3
+ (1/3)(-2/3)(-5/3)(-8/3)/4! x^(-11/3)(y/2)^4
