Assuming that he walks the middle if the path, then his radius = 21m
Circumference = 2πr
5C = 5(2πr)
Insert values and calculate.

5C = 5(2πr)
Insert values and calculate.

Radius=20m
Distance covered by the person =5×circumference of circle
=5×2×3.14×30
=200×3.14
=628sq.cm

Man walks 5 rounds around it.
R=20cm
So, circumference would be =
2×3.14×20×5
=628 meters
