I'm asking many questions about the same poem "On the Pulse of Morning" because I have no thought on what it means stanza by stanza. Can someone explain it to me?

I also don't understand this part:

Take it into the palms of your hands.
Mold it into the shape of your most
Private need. Sculpt it into
The image of your most public self.

I know the poem refers to that humans can look toward a future of peace and get away from a past of sorrow, etc. But, What the poem means exactly, know how to interprete exactly stanza by stanza to know the exact meaning of it"the poem itself" I just don't know

Give birth again
To the dream.

Women, children, men,
Take it into the palms of your hands.

"It" refers to the dream.
