prob(a 2) = 1/6
prob(not a 2) = 5/6
assuming you want exactly 50 out the 240 to be a 2.
prob(50 2's out of 240 throws)
= C(240,50)(1/6)^50 (5/6)^190
(my calculator can do the two powers but not the
