Vk = Vj + 5
Vk/Vj = 63/49 = 9/7
------------------
Vj = (7/9)Vk
Vk = (7/9)Vk + 5
(2/9)Vk = 5
Vk = 22.5 km/h
Vj = 17.5 km/h
Vk/Vj = 63/49 = 9/7
------------------
Vj = (7/9)Vk
Vk = (7/9)Vk + 5
(2/9)Vk = 5
Vk = 22.5 km/h
Vj = 17.5 km/h
