Runs thru? Do you mean at the inside boundry?
If so, areapath= 2*L*1+2W*1-fourcorners=39
2L+2W-4*1*1=39
but L=3W
6W+2W=43
W=43/8 m
L= three times that all assuming the part is just inside the boundry.
