You add 2/6 each time.

1/3 + 2/6= 5/6

5/6 + 2/6= 4/3

So the next 2 fractions in sequence would be 5/3 and 2?

Edit: Adding 2/6 is incorrect.

Change the fractions to have the same denominator:

1/3 , 5/6 , 4/3
= 2/6, 5/6, 8/6

The numerators are 2,5,8

Clearly, 3/6 = 1/2 is added each time.
