Write equation of the line through he point (-3, 2) with a slope of 1/4 in slope intercept form.

I really don't understand this questions.

y=m*x + b
y=1/4 * x + b
for the point (-3,2)
2=1/4 *(-3)+b
solve for b, then put that into
y=.25x+b
