Let F(x) = (x+1) / (x^2-16).
Use the definition of the derivative to compute f'(x) and give its domain. Show all steps.

Show me that you know the formula.
Show me that you can do the substitution and we can go from there

f'(x) = [f(x+h)-f(x)] / h

F'(x) = [(x+h)+1] / (x+h)^2-16]-[(x+1)/X^2-16] /h

F'(x) = [(x+h) +1](x^2)-[(x+h)^2-16](x+1) /h
