f'(x) = [f(x+h)-f(x)] / h

F'(x) = [(x+h)+1] / (x+h)^2-16]-[(x+1)/X^2-16] /h

F'(x) = [(x+h) +1](x^2)-[(x+h)^2-16](x+1) /h
