Which level of consumer is an owl in the following chain: grass, cricket, mouse, and owl?

I do not know understand this at all can you please explain this so I can get a better understanding of this?

Hello Ms. Sue. I think I understand this a bit better. I will definitely keep this website handy and put it on my favorites. Owl can be a tertiary consumer and it is a food chain of what I described but it can get complex and turn into a food web from my understanding.
