1 gal = 8 pt
so, use 1/8 of 2 cups of concentrate
since 2c = 16 floz, you would use 2 fl oz of concentrate

Is it me or is this question flawed? The total volume of the original formula is 144 fl oz. (16 concentrate and 128 water). That makes the proportion of concentrate to lemonade 16/144 (not a whole number).
Since the question asks for the amount of concentrate in a pint of lemonade (which includes both water and concentrate), the answer is 16/144*16 or 1.777777777777778 fluid ounces.
The question should have asked how much concentrate should be mixed with 1 pint of water (2 fluid ounces).
