No it is not right. Your work is just plain wrong. And finally, I am not certain exactly what the original problem is. The first line was
(a * b)/b as I read it...
(3.2 x 10^5) (2 x 10^-3)
-------------------------
(2 x 10^-3)
and the answer to that is a, or
3.2 x10^5
So I really don't understand what you are trying to do.
