the velocity of water in a 4 cm diameter pipe is 2.0m/s.what is the velocity in a 2cm diameter pipe which connects with it,both pipes flowing full?

Area1*velocity1=area2*velocity2
looks like (4/2)^2 or 4 times the velocity.
